This course provides\npractical knowledge about the planning process\, different types of\nEOP formats\, and the components of each. Participants engage in\nscenarios designed to reinforce lessons learned\, enable them to\ndetermine the best format for their particular jurisdictions\, and to\norganize the various planning components into an EOP.\nTopics covered will help participants to:\n• Identify characteristics of an effective planning processes.\n• Present key concepts for how to maintain a current and viable plan\n• Demonstrate the components of an EOP and their relationship\nto each other\n• Establish a relationship between EOP and SOP
