DESCRIPTION:L0143 Course Flyer \nThe Alabama Emergency Management Agency\, in conjunction with our partners at FEMA and the Emergency Management Institute\, are proud to announce that the L0143: Advanced Situational Awareness and Common Operating Picture Course will be held August 13-16\, 2018 in Clanton\, Alabama. \nINTRODUCTION:\nThe L0143 – Advanced Situational Awareness (SA) and Common Operating Picture (COP) Course takes lessons learned in the E/L0948 – Situational Awareness and Common Operating Picture Course and applies them to complex incidents and events. \nCOURSE OBJECTIVES:\nManage\, analyze\, plan\, implement\, and evaluate the Situational Awareness and Common Operating Picture \nWHO SHOULD ATTEND?\nEmergency management professionals who deal directly with SA and COP activities. \nPRE-REQUISITES:\nE/L0948 – Situational Awareness and Common Operating Picture Course \nOther Prerequisites:\nRecommended:\nIS 0100.b\, Introduction to the Incident Command System\, ICS 100;\nIS 0200.b\, Incident Command System for Single Resources and Initial Action Incidents;\nIS 0700.a\, National Incident Management System\, An Introduction \nCOURSE DESCRIPTION: \nThis advanced Situational Awareness (SA) and Common Operating Picture (COP) training applies best practices and facilitates the improvement of an integrated SA and COP system. DESCRIPTION:AWR-136 – MGT-384 Flyer \nAWR-136 – ESSENTIALS OF COMMUNITY CYBERSECURITY\nThe Essentials of Community Cybersecurity (ECCS) course provides individuals\, community leaders\, and first responders with information on how cyber-attacks can impact\, prevent\, and/or stop operations and emergency responses in a community. The course also provides a cursory introduction to cybersecurity vulnerabilities\, risks\, threats\, and countermeasures. It explains vulnerabilities of computer systems and networks and how these vulnerabilities can affect communities\, organizations\, and daily workplace operations. The course introduces actions communities can take in establishing a cybersecurity program. \nMGT-384 – COMMUNITY PREPAREDNESS FOR CYBER INCIDENTS\nMGT 384\, Community Preparedness for Cyber Incidents\, is designed to provide organizations and communities with strategies and processes to increase cyber resilience.
